Recently launched, the Tata Nexon has earned a good reputation because of its low cost and sporty looks. Its design is quite different in compact SUV segment. It will be available in petrol and diesel engines, its petrol model starts from Rs 5.85 lakh. While the diesel model costs Rs 6.85 lakh.
A 6.5- inch touchscreen infotainment system has been given in the Tata Nexon, which will support Android Auto, Apple Carplay, navigation, USB, Bluetooth and AUX connectivity.
As far as engine is concerned, the petrol variant of Tata Nexon comes fitted with the 1.2- litre Revotron petrol engine which produces 110 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque. While, the diesel variant comes equipped with the 1.5- litre, four- cylinder Revotorq diesel engine that generates 109 PS of power and 260 Nm of torque.
Both engines are paired to a six-speed manual gearbox transmission. On the safety front, dual airbags, ABS and EBD have been provided as standard features.
